Diana Cantey is a professional freelance Photographer/Videographer and specializes in shooting sports action photography in central Arkansas. She is also a member of Canon Professional Services and has been a freelancer for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette/Three Rivers and The Sun Times, covering community and sporting events predominantly in White, and Faulkner County.
Notable freelance assignments include coverage of the 2010 Salon Du Chaval Arabian World Championships (December) in Paris France, 2009-1A and 2008-3A Arkansas High School State Boys Basketball Championships at Summit Arena in Hot Springs with NWA Photography and The Sun Times; coverage of the 2008 Arabian World Cup Horse Show in Las Vegas, NV in conjunction with world renowned equine judge/journalist Elizabeth Salmon, and the 2008 Middle East Arabian Horse Championships in Amman, Jordan.

Diana’s photos have also been requested for use in local high school yearbooks including Rose Bud, Mount Vernon-Enola, Harding Academy, Pangburn HS and Bigelow.
Her most recent video project was a community project collaboration with the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office and two area EAST school programs shooting a documentary called "Deadly Under the Influence – A New take on DUI". Diana was also commissioned by Morgan Taylor, Coach Johnny Taylor's wife to produce a very special tribute to the Rose Bud High School 3A State Championship basketball team. The video featured many photos covering the state game through the Rambler’s “welcome home” ceremony the following Sunday. The video was arranged with 4 soundtracks and presented at the Rambler basketball banquet where the players received their 3A state championship rings.
